Cracow: How to become a change agent for gender and diversity

Vom 12. – 14. September 2007 fand das dritte Modul im Rahmen des Train-the-Trainer Programms Gender Mainstreaming und Antidiskriminierung in Krakau statt.

Im Mittelpunkt standen die Workshop- und Trainingspraxen der Teilnehmenden, die Gender Analyse sowie das Gender Budgeting als Methode der gendersensiblen Haushaltsführung. Meine Co-Trainerin war diesmal Olga Pietruchova aus Bratislava/Slowakei. Sie informierte über Umsetzungspraxen in der Slowakei.

Die insgesamt 20 TeilnehmerInnen kommen aus Weissrussland, Deutschland und überwiegend aus Polen.

Kooperationspartnerin: Frauenstiftung eFka.

Das Projekt ist EU- gefördert im Rahmen des Europäischen Jahrs – Chancengleicheit für Alle.

Das Training richtet sich an Teilnehmende mit Vorkenntnissen im Bereich Frauenempowerment, Gender oder interkultureller Arbeit und didaktischen Vorerfahrungen. Nach zwei Modulen ist eine erste Praxisphase geplant.
Die Module werden von TrainerInnen aus Deutschland, der Slowakei und Polen geleitet.

Cracow: How to become a change agent for gender and diversity?
From June 21 to June 23, 20 participants took part in the second of the three modules for the foundational train-the-trainer qualification taking place in Cracow/Poland. Focus of the module: Gender Mainstreaming and Anti-discrimination.

Cooperation: Women’s Foundation “eFka”.

The project is supported by the EU within the frame of the European year: equal opportunities for all.

The training is addressed to participants with previous knowledge in the field of women’s empowerment, gender or intercultural work as well as some previous didactic experience. After the second module it is planned to have an application phase to implement and transfer what has been learned into the participants’ own practice.
