Terms and conditions of our actions change faster and faster. Economy and society need experts and management with new key competences. The framework and frames of reference of our economic and social actions need to be readjusted. Social challenges embody the chance for social-entrepreneurial activity. A foundation for this to happen, however, is the acquisition of new key competences as for instance the development of an entrepreneurial attitude.
What kind of new competences are needed and how can they be gained? This question will be central to my half our keynote.
